BROKEN and DAMAGED GOODS

On a single order, I purchased : An expensive Taurus ironing board - it arrived unwrapped, broken rods, legs dented and scratched, the flimsy cover torn. A Beurer humidifier - the box was open, poorly packed and had clearly been used before. A DEFY bar fridge - it has a huge dent in it. It takes many phone calls to retrieve money back

The goods are not checked before dispatch and it appears that they are thrown around. Unacceptable
