Broke Afritrial Sunshade

I have never ever experienced such bad service from a service provider takealot. Last year February 2020 i order a afritrail sun shade with them. I did not open the shade in time to check it out because my husband was not home to help me . When i eventually open the shade some of the pins was missing and it was broken.

It was lock down when i asked them to come fetch the shade .They then send me a message back to say because i log the request late they can`t give me a refund . What about my

What about the warranty i did not even had the thing for a year . I received an email from this one guy telling me they not going reimbursed me and up until today i did not received the shade .
