I believe that Takealot should be awarded the customer service of the year award. The service I have received from Takealot this past month has been nothing short of incredible. I cannot believe that a company of this magnitude can offer such incredible customer service. From deliveries to pick ups to returns to refunds to cancellations to orders to speed to accuracy to ease of use and friendliness of staff, this company is just phenomenal and other companies should take a leaf out of their book - go to them for training. Companies like Pick n Pay and Vodacom could stand to learn from Takealot.
