Brilliant service

I am a regular buyer at takealot and i must say i am very impressed on how they recalibrate and never repeat the same mistakes and always giving feedback when there is a concern raised. With My purchase before my last one i had issues with the delivery address and i spoke to a consultant who made sure that the fault was corrected and followed up until I received my parcel, i was impressed to the core. My last order there was a delay with one product and i received an update about the delay on time and they kept to their promise. I received my order in full and “on time” as promised.
