Brilliant service

I received an item that was damaged, and lodged a return on their website that night. I received a mail from them about 10 minutes later. 2 days later my new item arrived while they collected the damaged item at the same time. Such speedy and sufficient service! I was truly amazed, as were my colleagues. Nice work, Takealot!
