Breast Pump Not Working from Takealot

I bought a breast pump last week and it’s not working, I can’t log a return because it’s a non- returnable item. My issue is that it doesn’t work and how am I expected to sit with a product that is t working? It’s expensive for me to just let it go, I want another pump that actually works!!!
