Breaking Promises...

<p>We (my wife and myself) ordered an iTRAK kids GPS tracker (order number ********** ) & smar****ch from takelot.com only to have the wrong item delivered... This however this was only the start of an epic nightmare. The couries took 2 weeks from the date of reporting to collect the wrongly supp**** item only to report back to us that they refuse to refund us / supply the correct item due to "damage" to the clear sticker on the face of the watch (which we left exactly as it was delivered to us). The item in question is a total of R500 cheaper than the one paid for and this has now dragged on for a total of 5 weeks unresolved. First and last time we use Takelot for anything, worst experience & poorest service ever... Beware consumers... </p>
