Aftet making many 10s of orders with takealot most of which being relitively hassle free, the occasional issue here and there but often sorted out quickly.

My most recent experience has been shambolic, an order arrived with half my items missing, a rather small mistake that can happen at the at volume, and is not the end of the world if resolved quickly.

However on this occasion, after contacting takealot and explaining the issue, I was then contacted by the driver to be told that I'm am definitely wrong and that everything definitely arrived. Already a massive breach of professionalism.

This however was not the end as the drive proceeded to arrive at my work place to further harass me. This is unacceptable!

On the phone with takealot while this is happening I was refused the opportunity to talk to anyone of athurity then and there.

Massive breach of trust and completely disgraceful.
