Breach of CPA - terrible service

<p>I purchased a Nike size 9 running shoe on TakeAlot. I was delivered a size 10 shoe instead which was incorrect as per my order and am shocked this didn't go through their control check. I requested an exchange on the site, my shoe was collected and I was informed they have no stock of a size 9. This is unacceptable and a breach of CPA. In addition they just credited my account. I demand the shoe In size 9, or if they not able to, they should give me a more expensive shoe at their cost in size 9. Their advertising problem and poor service should not be at customers detriment.</p>
