BRAVO Takealot Request #***3

Being using Takealot for a few years and always received good service. I bought a chair a few weeks ago and the wheel broke off. My heart sank to think how difficult the process will be to return the chair, but I was surprised to find not only friendly staff but an easy process for returning items.
