Brand new machine broken

Normally very happy with Takealot, but received my new Brother sewing machine on Monday and unfortunately it was broken. An almost R9000 machine.

Now need to send machine back and wait for who knows how long, for a replacement, if they can replace it. Really disappointed, saved up for a long time to buy that specific model.
