Brand "new" Le Creuset Pots with scratches!

I purchased Le Creuset pots from Takealot.com on the 12th Dec 2019. After having to endure an extensive waiting period, my order was finally ready for collection on the 21st. I collected the parcel from the Faerie Glen pick up point at 10 30 am on the 22nd Dec 19. I was assisted by a very rude and impatient lady. When I got home, I noticed that of the 4 pots I had purchased, only one pot was in a plastic sealed box and was correctly packaged. Needless to say, the other 3 boxes had no plastic seal, the boxes were torn and looked old. As I checked the pots, I noticed that all 3 had scratches on the lids and on the pots themselves. There was no protective box to prevent the pots from getting scratched by the cast iron. I'm so disappointed in the service I received and the quality of the products in general. After sending such a hefty sum, one woukd expect to receive brand new products that are in excellent condition. I'm not sure what transpired with my order but I sure am quite annoyed. I checked online abd it appears that the pots (sage), are out of stock. I was hoping to have a these pots in mint condition before Christmas. As it stands, I'll probably only hear from these people in 2021!!!
