Brand new items are actually repurposed second hand.

I ordered a product from them. When it arrived it had ripped packaging and clearly been opened and repackaged. It was also missing a component. So I sent it in for replacement. The "new" replacement had the exact same issues. So I sent it in for replacement, again. The "new" replacement had the exact same issues, again. So I sent it in for replacement, one last time. The "new" replacement had the exact same issues, for the last time. So I have now requested a refund and would not recommend using this service.
