Brain dead idiots sending the incorrect products and now my wife won't get her gift on time

How on earth do you even ***** up a basic order so bad that you deliver something complete different than what was ordered. Surely they have the most brain dead people on earth working there for something like this to happen.

I ordered a Polaroid PA86 Fit Active Watch - Pink and instead get a totally different branded watch which I can not even find on their website in a completely different color.

Now my wife will receive the her gift late, thanks for nothing you *********** fools.
