Box lost by takealot and only feedback we are investigating!

Order ***. I received order on 12/12/2022. I ordered 3 products. 1x desktop computer (3rd party seller), 1x Tv Remote, 1x Parrot A4 laminator. I received 3 boxes 1x desktop computer packed by 3rd party seller in custom box. 1x remote in a very small box and then i received a mouse pad that is part of desktop package in a separate very small box. Upon receiving of the boxes I immediately checked as there was not a box big enough for the laminator to fit except if they for some reason managed to squeeze it in with the desktop. I then found that the laminator was not delivered. within 15 mins of receiving the delivery I called the driver back and told him there is a box missing. He informed me to get in touch with takealot as he only had 3 boxes to deliver. That same day I contacted takealot. Till today almost a month later i'm only getting emails that they are investigating. I have paid for the product but haven't received it. They acknowledged in one of the mails that they are trying to trace the box. The only thing forthcoming from takealot is that "they are investigating" 26 days later!
