Bought ****** phone from Takealot

During March 2019 bought advertised cell phone from Takealot. On 11 January 2021 Telkom blacklisted the phone, informing that it is a ****** phone. The owner of the phone, Huge Connect, alleges that almost 2000 handsets were ****** from them which they bought from Telkom. Owner alleges that these handsets were sold on the black "market" I attempted to get a reply from Takealot to no avail. Promises that someone would return my calls remain empty. Meanwhile my Samsung Note 9 is irresponsive, contracted to Mtn and no one seems to be able to assist. Please advise me.
