Bought New - Received 2nd hand and broken...

Takealot... what the EF!!! Guys... I dont know what you are doing, but how is it ok for me to buy a new item, but for a 3rd time, I received a previously opened package? This time the box is damaged ( Feels like water damage ) and the fan motor is very noisy. This is clearly another used item sold as a new item! Where is your QC? I am not satisfied at all!
