bought machine not resposible

I bought a steam clean machine from them I needed the pads, they cannot help me, go look on the NET who is the supplier I could not find, they then contacted the suppliers, in turn tells them they cannot help, i must go look on EBay in i can find parts, now thet tell me it is not their concern they are a third party supplier, surely if you supply goods off your site, you must be able to back up the product, they refuse to help further out of their hand, please dont buy electeonics etc. from Takealot as the will tell you they cannot help they are a 3rd party supplier they only supply the goods.
