Bought factory faulty harddrive from talealot
I bought a faulty laptop hard drive from Takealot that needs to be replaced or my money back

10 Nov 2025, 11:34I took the harddrive back now they say the heatshink wasnt in the package.Sure they must know that you must put the heatsink on the harddrive before installing the harddrive.Its like a piece of tape that you must stick it on the harddrive.It was on there when i send it back.Maybe they have uncompentend people working there.That dont know how a computer hardware work.Please people.Im highly upset.I waited like a month for the hard drive.Why didnt i rather drove to a pc shop and bought one there.now they tell me they not gonna refund or replace that harddrive.
