bought Adidas Adipower Vector Mid cricket shoes

<p>My son bought cricket shoes from Takealot in Cape town , That was in Jan 2017 , he play and practice about 7 games , the side of the chicket shoes came loose , He sent mail to takealot and the mail he get back is----firstly he promise me twice that he wil come back to me , everytime I need to phone him , That is bad bad bad service his name is Keagan Petersen , I explaine the whole story for him , He check on system and tell me there is no stock , but he will check and speak to the people and come back to me ---after a week he sent mail to my son , He was in contact with product team with regards the quality of the item , it is the first time they get complaint , it is a very good quality shoe , IT IS DECLINED AS USER DAMAGED , i CANT believe that you top of the range chricket shoe can be damages in 7 games , then it is not top of the range or good quality shoe , I did not pay R1.00 for this shoes , and he is not still in GR 1 how can you damaged chicket shoe , How can they say it is there top of the range and it is an Adidas make , I will put photo on Hi Peter that everbody can see the qulity of the chicket shoes you selling . How can you tell he damages it , so what you telling me if one of the Protea chricket team play with you TOP OF THE RANGE chicket shoe and it damages after 7 game that is USER DAMAGES - The that is not top of the range shoe , I will not leave this here I will thell everybody what bad product you selling , And why have you got people in your customer care department that do not come back after my son mail him more than 3 time - then he should not be in that department * Keagan Petersen</p>
