Bought a product - was told pricing error now i must wait 7-10days for my money back!

I was one of the unlucky few who bought the 21 piece cooking set for R399 I paid and my money was accepted (this was Sunday ).

Monday I am told sorry there was a pricing error we cannot give you the item at that price the money will be credited or refunded. I expressed that I think its really poor service to not stick to that price! I then stated I wanted the money back in my account, not just the pot set but for the other item, i bought ( as I only bought it to get the free delivery) i also explained i wanted the money back to use on another sale before it ends!

Back and forth from Take a lot , as they don't know what is going on in their own business, telling me, they were going to be delivered then telling me, no they not, then telling me one item is being delivered when I made it clear I don't want either! i then get an email stating my returned pots and pans are being inspected, once happy they will credit me! (i never recevied them!) GET your house in order! i also then got told they delivery the other item last night at 8 pm! i made it clear Monday I didn't want that item either!

Bottom line is I should not have to wait 7-10days for my money back when you made an error. Pay me from your account not via a refund with the bank or whatever you are doing! You accepted my money and are now withholding it! Don't tell me banking systems XYZ if my payment to you didn't take 7 days to clear, a company which made 100s of millions over a weekend should have the funds to pay people back who you have let down! or does the word customer service mean nothing to your company! PAY people back the money which is theres the same day!

Also you pathetic - help section which A puts you through to different people who don't know your info - and B give standard responses and refuse to give a managers number to resolve issues like this! it's pathetic and I'm sure you will lose a fortune of customers like this!
