Bought a kettle from takealot First delivery kettle was leaking water,so they replaced it with second kettle

Bought a kettle from takealot First delivery kettle was leaking water,so they replaced it with second kettle.Second kettle charging station was broken....tried to use it broken as it was becoming annoying to keep logging returns. After trying to use it like that it was becoming annoying...so logged a return for it again. Takealot is refusing to replace or fix the broken kettle.Poor service as the kettle is just a month old
