Bought a balloo 100 year Pandora charm in November It had a 6 month warranty It broke completely abouta month ago I sent it back The return was declined due to WEAR AND TEAR I have many charm’s that i had purchased long before Balloo On the same bracelet and same arm None of tge others damaged This conclusion is not acceptable I want a refund or a new charm All my calls and emails are not being satisfactorily answered and some no follow up or referrance number received We buy from Takealot often (last week my husband made a purchase) This is no way to treat existing clients and also please dont give a warranty if its not valid
