Bottle of whiskey arrived open

Bought a bottle of expensive whiskey and when it arrived it was clearly opened and some was drank.

When we tried to return it they said it is not policy.

This is completely unacceptable...

Obvious someone is taking advantage of the no return policy!

Please rectify immediately
