Borderline *****e

I've been trying to get a refund processed for almost 1 year. Its regarding a Candy Washing machine. They gave me a defective unit and when a refund was requested as per their policies they reffed me to Mastercare who was useless as they did not want to understand i want a refund now im still waiting
