Booooo for takelaot

I bought a logiteck g502 gameing mouse from takealot... 3 month the mouse work but all the buttons are faulty... They return it with a new logiteck g502 gameing mouse... Few months same prob mouse work but all the buttons stop and the mouse have a huge delay... I return it and takealot told me they not taking it back because the package are wrong... After few phone calls they told me package is good but wrong bar code on box...i did told them I did replace it before... My opinion is they use the 1ste g502 mouse detail on the sec return now that don't correspond with each other.... The person who work with my return the 1ste time can't take a extra step and see on there system the mouse was replaced before and take in mind let check the previous barcode but it to much work to go the extra mile...I can't believe they accused me of sent the wrong mouse and box to them... This is just another sign of how takealot deal with returns.... Plz keep in mind Im a takealot more custom and I do buy every month on takealot... I just received today my jbl Earbuds today but they treat there valuable customers like this... This is unacceptable....booooo for takealot
