Bon Voyage 100L pot Takealot

I bought a 100L cooking pot from Takealot only used it 3 times and the base is already buckled!! Lifting as it is so weak that it cannot handle the heat of the flames!!! It’s still under warranty but they refuse to replace and says it’s dented due to negligence but my pot is being cleaned immediately and stored … it’s damaged due to poor quality!!!!!!!!! Furious as I paid a lot of money for poor quality and they know well it’s not good quality!! Never again will I buy from Takealot. Bon voyage 100L quality from Takealot not good quality please note *
