Bolsters ordered from Takealot (***6)

On the 29 of November, I was supposed to receive my Yoga bolsters that I paid. I received a message in the morning that before 5 pm I will receive my delivery. The delivery guys rocks up in a motorbike and on seeing that I wondered how would my bolsters would fit in that small bike. I told him I ordered bolsters but I got a small package of only two books. He said according to his system the bolsters are on its way. So I signed for the books that should have been with the bolsters, but the bolsters were missing. I trusted takealot and that is why is signed for just the books. Now I am trying to get my Bolsters from takealot and they say I have signed. I signed because they delivered just the books on bolsters but not teh actual bolsetrs. I paid for my order and need my bolsters.
