Boipelo.S - Unprofessional Customer Care Service

Customer Care Services - I lodged a request to return an order and the customer service was awful! Boipuso.S at Takealot.com promised to assist me on my query. It’s been 4 days now I haven’t heard a thing from this person. I sent follow-up emails to no avail. I have been a customer for years now, I didn’t know that the Takealot.com service was this terrible.

Takealot.com deliberately avoids talking to clients because they make it so difficult to contact them. After this query is solved I will never buy anything from Takealot because the customer service there is horrible!
