Boiled Chicken eggs via Takealot ***** items

I have never in my life had to deal with such a ***** product as I have just had to deal with and with such *********** staff. Bought a incubator to hatch chicken eggs from Takealot only to have in Malfunction and boil 23 eggs to the protentional value of R4500 if the chicks had not been boiled alive in the ***** incubator. Then I send it back, recieve a email saying I am refunded, only to realise my account is in actual fact not refunded. Mind you I already ordered a different incubator but because Takealot can only claim to refund me and not actually refund me I have to cancel this order and reorder. So I try getting Takealot to still deliver this order since the item is apparently at the warehouse but to no avail its too complicated for Takealot to figure out and I get told they have no stock. I have requested that a manager contacts me multipal times to no avail, now I have canceled my order completely and will probably struggle to get my R2000 back because my exspeciance with Takealot over the last week has shown me littrely that the staff cannot even cancel a item, or credit a account or have a manager call a client, and worst of all is that they now sell ***** products that cause people like me financial losses because they don't check the products for certification and will sell anything no matter the loss to a client. Thank you Takealot management for not calling me or responding to emails where I request your seller to be held liable for my looses. Why should the client matter if you can make a quick buck.
