Bogus service no sense of urgency

I'm so unhappy with takealot right now I bought 4 items on 24/11/2023 and I got a email today that my things are gonna be delivered just now I have received a email that my parcels got lost in transit no decency to call and find out the direction from or anything this is definitely unacceptable cause now I have to wait and my parcel is gonna be delivered on the 8 of December as I speak I bought a fridge cause I needed to use it this is totally unacceptable passed to the highest degree
