Bogus same day delivery tv advert

Bought a R8000 product selected the default economy delivery service after the payment was received sent a email to us for the delivery a week later the 8th of November. We only need the product on the 4 th of November and not on the 8th, we tried to cancel and get a refund takes 10 working days, tried to pay the R120 extra charge for same day delivery was told to rebuy the product and pay another R8000 and select express service. And still wait 10 days for my refund??? They should take a page out of amazon.com operations and stop misrepresenting themselves. Still waiting for my refund no luck be careful out there!!!!! They are bordering on “contra bonos mores” feel sorry for future victims.
