Bogus delivery date, will be my last order

I placed an order # ********** 1 with takealot on Thursday, 23 November 2017 and I was given a delivery date of Monday, 27 November 2017. On the website it clearly stated that stock is available at either the CPT/JHB. The tracking info stated on 23 November 2017 "17h04 Parcel shipped from Takealot warehouse and is in transit to courier facility Glen Erasmia, Kempton Park" and up until now has not changed at all, as I reside in Cape Town.

I usually stay away from any of their 3rd party items that states 5-7 working days or stock is only available in JHB. As with a shop I don't want to wait ages for any online product. I paid for my parcel but, now I received an email from a consultant telling me I must wait another 2-3 working days from now to receive my parcel. On their website is clearly states for deliveries that " I live in a Main Centre - Delivered to your door within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed with Standard Delivery." The weight of my parcel does not exceed 15 kgs for an extra day either

Clearly I am being mislead by takealot and their company policy as stated on their website.

This will be my last order ever I make with takealot. You clearly do not care less about your customer service or "keeping your smile" and **** to me. Your company and it's motto is a joke!
