Blue Dot has a RED card

I had so many bad experiences with this company. I don't know why we still do this to ourselves. I ordered cartridges on the 11th of Dec. They said it will be delivered on the 13th. When I want to track my order it was just cancelled. After I held on for about 10min for an agent they told me the package was damaged and then cancelled. They didn't let me know or put in the order to get it to me. I must just order it again and wait my time out..no compensation or help on their side. This blue dot just got a red card. I'm so disappointed in them.
