BLUE AND BLACK IS SO THE SAME COLOUR

<p>If I had my way you would not been receiving any stars, as the word pathetic does not even do you justice</p> <p>So...where to start. I have been a BIG fan of take a lot for a long time mostly because it’s convenient, or meant to be. I order a 6piece pots sets, in MAT T BLACK! When it arrived in came in a baby blue colour, a colour I know for sure I would never order. Nether the less went to check maybe I made a mistake on my side, nope not me! Order clearly states MATT BLACK! I asked for it to be return and just exchanged for the colour I ordered. I went to checked a few days later only to see that I have been credited the money back, not what I asked for. With the credited money I order the same item in MATT Black, and once again arrived in baby blue, and so the whole process starts again. I put in to be return and exchanged, a few days later the same item I order in MATT BLACK was on their daily deals. I then phoned take a lot and asked if they even have the Matt Black available as this is false adverti*****t. A very friendly lady went to investigate and advise they have taken out all the blue stock, and only black available in warehouse, and that it should be exchange for the colour that I order, Nope once again got credit the money – not what I wanted. I have now ordered for the last change, they say 3rd times the charm. Looks like take a lot likes their logo colours so much they can’t see the difference between blue or black</p> <p> </p>
