What a horrible and pathetic service I received from TakeaLot. I purchased a blender on the 05 of July 2025 and I chose an option to collect it from their pick up point in Midrand. After collecting it I opened it immediately when I got home and to my disappointment I found it broken. I then logged it for return as it was damaged then I returned it to Midrand and I was told to await an email regarding the return, then when I received the email I was told that my return has been declined because I'm the one who caused the damaged and they assumed that I used the blender and I was told to come back and collect it as they can't assist me with it. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received and if nothing gets done about this complaint then I'm going to escalate this query further as the outcome of the resolution I got is untrue and I'm not happy to have paid for a blender that I haven't used
