blatant theft and dishonesty order#***

Your staff are dishonest , from the driver who damages and then delivers goods and then the people that ignore emails and phonically.

The packaging next to the fridge shows the damage on both fridge and packaging.

The packing instructions also show the fridge requires s****ing down during transport

The fridge was delivered on its wheels and not on the pallet it is designed to be transport on which is also missing.

You have wasting my time for a week scheduling pickups and then canceling.

Have requested to speak to a manager multiple times and yet to get a phone call and reply to my emailed queries I have sent multiple times.
