Blatant LIES with regards to delivery..

LIES with regards to delivery has to be the most annoying thing. I was expecting delivery on Saturday & as per norm they updated that parcel is out for delivery & will arrive before 17:00. At 16:50 comes a message saying they couldnt locate address- This is the same address they have been repeatedly delivering to no change. They say theyll contact me to verify address & reschedule for Monday. Came Monday I receive an update that parcel will arrive at 11:00 no called to verify their so called wrong address. The again suddenly around 13:00 which is way past 11:00 they LIE again & say recipient was not home to receive parcel😡😠. At what point wasnt I home, no call nothing and I have been waiting so how did they verify if I was home or not. So done with these guys and am close call to cancelling & wanting my refund
