Blacks in locations not taken seriously like those in suburbs

I'm honestly disappointed at their service. The only time I get satisfied is if I order while in menlyn or Centurion. Ever since I started working from home is soshanguve I get ****ppy service. Couriers always have an excuse.

I got items I don't want now that I want them returned... Takealot keeps making a fool of me. Since 16 May 2023 my return is being rescheduled after I waited for them the whole day... still waiting even today. I call they say there was an error but when we order there are never errors. Who will pay for the airtime and data I keep using to contact them with no success

If you cannot send drivers to soshanguve... do not make delivery 'available'. Clearly suburbs are taken seriously and we are not.
