Black Opium Fragrance

I wish I can connect with someone WHO LISTENS TO ME AND CARE ABOUT THE OUTCOME. I ordered perfume, Black Opium. I could only find out that this is an inferior/**** product once opened and used. Your policy regrading the return of perfume does not allow an opened seal of a perfum box to be replaced. The person that supplies you with this perfume is supplying a **** product. Now that the same bottle has been returned to me, I am even more upset and angry, because it is not the genuine product. I can spray and within seconds, the **** fragrance dissappears. I really am extremely unhappy and I paid R1590 for this. I'm hurt, dissatisfied and very disappointed and no one listens to me. You throw your policy in my face, but if only one person sprayed this perfume at takealot, that is fami**** with this brand, they will know that ethically, you are not responding to my concern in the right manner. I cannot leave this here. I really am not happy. No one made an effort to test the authenticity of this product. How far must I go for the right person to care and fix this for me. I work with customers on a daily basis and part of my engagement is to smell nice. How this situation is being handled is completely wrong. Can one person just hear me and understand that this perfume is not the real deal and the only way I would have know it was to open the box and test it. I really have no words, only disappointment and sadness.
