Black Friday ****s

Black Friday disappointment , now no stock

I ordered a Air fryer on Black Friday , which was due for delivery on 8 December however delivery was suddenly delayed to 19 December and when I queried , I received an email that the supplier is out of stock and the order was cancelled. However the same model is being advertised, from a different supplier at much higher price and when I requested that Takealot honour the sale , they simply advised the orginal supplier was out of stock.

I see that other customers are complaining about the same situation with different products . Surely Takealot must do better or is it just interested securing traffic on the website ? I am out of pocket and have lost opportunities to purchase the product on other deals. This seems like a **** on a massive level.
