Black Friday - Rescue

On Black Friday I managed to snag a pair of Sennheiser Headphones for my husband - through the application. I went to checkout and at that point their system crashed. I continued to try all day with no success and all but gave up. On Saturday morning I received a request for payment and it debited me the full amount and moments later I received another notification with a different order number for the original. I logged a ticket and initially the agent had not understood my dilemma. On Monday I called and a lovely young lady sorted out my query and I was credited with the difference. Thanks Takealot. I would like to add that all prior experience with them has been fantastic. Delivery is quick and timeous.
