Black Friday order and returns a total mixup

I have ordered two items (a tent and a kettle) on black Friday which have apparently gotten lost. To assist me with my delivery they then decided to create a new order for me. The problem is that I cancelled the order for the tent as the delivery took almost 3 weeks and we needed one urgently. Subsequently the items was delivered and has been received. I then returned the tent. Takealot then came and collected the item. I thought it would be simple... not I have by now received numerous e-mails and sms' to state that they were unable to collect the tent. I spoke to numerous people at the call center who also promised to assist. I now have a credit on my account for a kettle which is at home being used and total confusion as according to takealot my tent has now become a kettle. do you have magicians working for you? if so can the kettle/tent become a Ferrari and can you please pass the credit into my account today as it has now been almost a month without any joy.
