Black Friday lies from Takealot

Hi I placed an order for my apple pods from Takealot. The price reflected R1999 on the system. When I made payment which was an EFT cash payment, the price was asking me to pay R 2599. I thought this could be rectified on the system since they system had issues when I was browsing.

Now when I ask them, they are refusing and saying that I need to pay the full amount yet we have the evidence to show that they system still reflected the lower amount even after this.

Takealot is refusing to take responsibility and also have conveniently despatched; yet I was told that once these items go out of stock they go to the new price.

I need to check with consumer protection act as this is against the act as we are looking at the advertised price.
