Black Friday Disaster

I must say i have been a avid supporter of Takealot for along time now and regularly purchase items for them, but today they have me very upset, I select an item in stock and when going to checkout it is double the price, when complaining the lady says to me that they have technical difficulties and the checkout price is the correct price, you should keep your site offline if that is the case and the funny thing is the item was ordered yesterday already. I now have to explain to my son that saved for this that he cant have the item ordered.
