Bizarre issues with Collection estimate to Faerie Glen

Illogical logistics issues!! Once you hit that pay button you are locked into the order until it ships. They only allow you to cancel an order once it reaches the courier. How bizarre!!! And the very friendly staff are so limited that they have to repeat this nonsense to you. It seems NO ONE, Not even God himself can retrieve an order and credit you before the parcel has been shipped. It makes no sense to me. I recently ordered a parcel that is IN STOCK in Jhh but for some reason cant be collected from the Faerie Glen pick up point until 2 weeks from.now. HOWEVER, I found that if i had ordered the same item but selected DELIVERY instead it would reach me within 2 days. I CANT CHANGE MY ORDER FROM COLLECTION TO PICK UP. Well, not unless I cancel my order, wait for the credit and then reorder it as delivery. Pointless. And yet no one at Takealot (3 different calls) could tell me WHY there is a delay to Faerie Glen pick up for an item that is In Stock, and apparently has already been packed, but is now floating in eskrow until 2 weeks from now when it will ship. What the actual F.... takealot??
