Birthday with NO gift

Unreliable, a person would think you can trust them and rely on them doing what they promised. Instead you get disappointment and bad service. For a week long I have been looking at the delivery times to see when they will deliver. Wednesday morning I purchase a gift for my sister, believing I will get the correct product. The product arrives on Thursday a day after the order was placed and it is not what I ordered. You call them first time they answer but dont say anything. Second time they promise you the return will happen the same day. You hear no feedback as what was promised. Third time arround you speak to an arrogant person that doesnt even want to listen because its knock off time arround 5pm. She says she will get the manager on the call and at the end drops the call. You call again the voice message says they cant send your call through because they are closed at 7pm although it was 5pm. Ending up with a birthday with no gift. We dont deserve bad service and its time to say NO to bad service.
