Birthday present late

I'm very annoyed with takealot.com at the moment. I order a few frozen themed birthday presents for my daughter last week and it was scheduled for delivery 8 January but the main present wasn't in the box. Since Monday till now I've been struggling to get another one sent. It's Thursday and now it's being sent with a delivery date of 15 January. That's 3 days late for her birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've spoken to lord knows how many people and everyone promised feedback but no one gives it now it's to late
