BIRTHDAY PARTY RUINED by repeated mistaken deliveries

In general, Takealot provides an exemplary service BUT, when it matters most, they have shockingly let me down. My son lives overseas and, for his 50th birthday, we are hosting his closest friends from all over the world. He is lactose and gluten-intolerant so I need to be careful about what I cook. Joy - Knorr chicken stockpot was shown in a gluten-free version. HOWEVER, when it arrived, Takealot had sent the standard version. I immediately logged a return with an explanation and wrote in big letters on the package that I'd ordered and required the gluten-free version. The parcel was promptly picked up and a replacement sent.. My son arrives tomorrow so I opened the package to cook and, once again, the wrong one was sent - NOT THE GLUTEN-FREE STOCKPOT MRRN-R05D-QVDK. What am I going to do? I live miles out in the bush. I cannot rewind the tape and re-do my son's birthday party. Are you going to send a helicopter tomorrow with lactose and gluten-free food for 20 people for 9 days? I really don't know what I am going to do, apart from expecting the helicopter!
