Birthday gone wrong due to Takealot.com

Hi there,

On the 7th July I placed an order for a Samsung Cellphone and paid the same day (Order Completed) Sms received, delivery for the 9th July before 5pm.

I checked online and it states that it was delivered but has not as no one was home this day.

Till today I still have not received my item purchased and have logged a call on the evening of the 9th July (Mtsiba.S (takealot.com)

I have sent everyday an email for an update but still not response from you guys. This item was suppose to be a birthday gift for my son on the 10 July and it is so not right on what has happened here.

I would like to have my purchase to be sent ASAP!
